You will have the attendance CPD certificate from the Lecture / seminar days The log, Case based discussion, A’DEP’T, Peer assessment tool and reflections will form the bulk of the portfolio but we have also asked the lecturers to produce a PDF of their presentations and then set some multiple choice questions.
The numbers in brackets above represent indicative aims but is not meant to be targets.
Log of cases can be placed in the supplied log or in any from preferred. It would be ideal to have radiographs and possible photographs.
Case based discussions could be carried out electronically by writing up cases and emailing it in for our specialist to mark, it is also possible to arrange in advance to carry this out in person.
Peer assessment tool should be carried out by someone that works closely with you
